Nurse Practitioner - Health Risk Assessments

Seeking Nurse Practitioners with 1+ years of experience to conduct In-Home Health Risk Assessments. Flexibility Operate on your terms. Set your own hours, 7 days a week between 8 am–8 pm. The role is a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement. Compensation Earn $105–$125 for each completed in-home Health Risk Assessment, depending on coverage area and availability. Each assessment takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mileage reimbursement and a $25 no‑show payment are additional. Daily pay ranges from $600 to $1,000 based on the number of assessments completed. Location Extensive volume in Charles, Calvert, and St. Marys counties. About the Role Conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. Each visit provides an in-depth understanding of a patient's health and well‑being that may be missed during regular office visits. Review medical history, assess social environment, and share insights to enhance care quality and bridge care gaps in a single visit.
