What You'll Be Doing As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitoring residents' well-being and promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate team members. Providing companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere. Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment. Supporting residents with dementia care needs, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
