Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

A global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a busy and growing accounting team!
Your Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable process
- Review and audit vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding
- Process invoices and payments within the accounting system
- Review and process employee expense reimbursements
- Research and resolve vendor payment inquiries
- Assist internal employees with reimbursement and payment questions
- Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely processing
- Support special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as needed
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of AP and general accounting functions
- Experience with invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and employee payments
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
