Employment Defense Attorney – Seattle, WA (Hybrid Enabled) We’re on the lookout for a talented Employment Defense Attorney to join a dynamic legal team defending employers across Washington and beyond. What You’ll Do Defend employers in a wide range of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage & hour, and related claims in state and federal courts. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents with precision and strategy. Counsel clients on proactive employment risk management and defense strategies. Advocate in hearings, mediations, and trials when necessary. Collaborate with teams to build strong defense strategies and deliver top-tier client service. What You Bring Active license to practice in Washington. Strong litigation experience — typically 2+ years in employment defense or related civil litigation.
