Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation to join their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling cases in federal court. Requirements 3-6 years of employment litigation experience Experience handling cases in federal court, including working with clients under state and federal employment laws, and drafting and revising policies Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions Admitted to practice law in the DC and Maryland (or eligible); Virginia admission is a huge plus Base Salary $190,000 - $235,000 Benefits Hybrid work environment, medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid parental leave, 401(k), profit sharing, life insurance, long-term disability, and an employee assistance program.
