About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global financial planning, performance management, forecasting, and reporting functions. This executive will play a critical role in the company's growth, particularly in the areas of disciplined planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and execution against value creation priorities. The role involves building and developing a world-class FP&A organization, advancing enterprise planning and reporting capabilities, and ensuring the company maintains best-in-class financial insight and operational discipline. The SVP will also be instrumental in the transformation of FP&A systems, processes, and reporting capabilities, and will champion the adoption of modern financial technologies. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced financial credentials such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA. A minimum of 15 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, including executive leadership responsibility, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global FP&A organizations within high-growth software, technology, SaaS, or private equity-backed businesses. Experience in SaaS financial metrics, long-range planning, and performance management is essential. The role demands a hands-on leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive transformation, and ensure operational excellence. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must, as is the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
