MRI Technologist I

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority
As an MRI Technologist I, you perform routine MRI examinations under established protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You verify and clarify imaging orders, screen patients, explain procedures, and obtain relevant medical histories. You assist with IV contrast use per protocol, monitor image quality, document in electronic systems, and follow MRI, radiation, and infection-control safety standards. This role works closely with radiologists, nurses, and other staff in a hospital imaging environment.
