This is a prestigious opportunity to help build and shape the future of a rapidly expanding and academically vibrant abdominal transplant program at a nationally recognized academic medical center. Faculty will be eligible for leadership opportunities commensurate with goals and experience, working in close partnership with renowned transplant surgeons, transplant anesthesiologists, intensivists, and the wider multidisciplinary team. The University of Arizona is advancing into robotic organ transplantation, launching a living donor liver transplant program, and initiating auto-islet transplantation, placing our program at the cutting edge of modern liver care.
