Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is focused on driving sales and ensuring excellence in customer service across our broad range of products, specifically catering to professional, industrial, commercial, and retail clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and another language, equipped with deep knowledge of our product line, and exhibit a strong capability in persuasive selling and relationship building. This position serves as a vital link in upholding the company's reputation as a global leader while aggressively expanding our market share.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
Drive sales initiatives and meet or exceed sales targets
Provide bilingual customer service, ensuring clear and professional communication
Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and application methods
Assist in inventory management and logistical coordination
Train and assist other team members in product expertise and sales strategies
Prepare reports on market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one other language
Proven sales ability and negotiation skills
Deep knowledge of paints, coatings, and related products
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Excellent organizational and time management skills
