What We Provide Licensing study materials paid for to help you prepare for your state life insurance licensing exam. Training and mentorship to help you learn the business, understand products, and develop your sales skills. Lead support to help you begin connecting with potential clients. Access to 30 carriers once appropriately licensed and appointed. Daily meetings and team training to help you stay accountable, improve your skills, and learn from experienced agents. A collaborative team environment with approximately 150 agents. Uncapped income potential based on your production and business growth. What You’ll Do Complete the required pre-licensing education and pass your state licensing exam. Learn how to educate families about life insurance and their coverage options. Speak with prospective clients, conduct appointments, and follow up with leads. Learn to work with multiple carriers to find suitable coverage for clients. Build relationships and develop your own client base. Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching. Manage your own activity and take responsibility for your growth. Who This Is For We’re looking for someone who: Is motivated to increase their earning potential.
