Senior Acquisition Specialist

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leads acquisition planning and contract administration activities.
• Develops acquisition strategies and procurement plans.
• Provides guidance on complex acquisition issues and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure successful procurement outcomes.
• Reviews and approves acquisition documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Advanced knowledge of acquisition regulations and policies
• Ability to lead acquisition planning and execution
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage complex procurement actions
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

• 7 or more years of related experience

Minimum Education:

• BS/BA degree in Business, Acquisition, or related field (or equivalent)
