Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote Location: Burlington, MA At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Responsibilities As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on developing leadership skills and broader professional interests. Autonomy over Your Schedule: You’ll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, enabling you to design a schedule that works for you. Administrative Support: Focus on clinical care while our team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you more time to work with patients. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification.
