Benefits Salary: $93,391.19–$116,738.99 annually, plus up to 10% monthly bonus and a second bonus for performance. Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification.
