Interventional Radiologist Opportunity | Sign-On Bonus Available

We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Interventional Radiologist to become part of our expanding interventional radiology program, which offers both inpatient and outpatient services within a highly regarded independent health system.

Position Overview

The selected physician will join a dynamic Interventional Radiology team that provides a wide array of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This full-time role is based at our main campus in Arlington, Virginia. Our interventional radiology program is bolstered by experienced technologists, dedicated nursing staff, and advanced imaging technologies, all within a collaborative procedural setting that is continuously evolving in complexity and volume.

Collaboration and Services

Our Interventional Radiology service collaborates closely with various specialties, including:

• Oncology
• Women's & Men's Health
• Neuro Intervention
• Neuro interventional procedures (preferred; at least one physician will focus on stroke interventions in partnership with neurology)

We pride ourselves on strong multidisciplinary referral relationships throughout the health system and a collegial physician culture supported by administrative resources.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong clinical and procedural expertise
• A patient-centered approach
• A desire to contribute to the growth and advancement of the Interventional Radiology program

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
• Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology (IR/DR)
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia
• Neuro interventional radiology skills preferred (at least one team member must be trained in neuro intervention to support stroke care)
