Join a precision-driven team where quality comes first! As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards using cutting-edge inspection and measurement technology.

What You'll Do:

???? Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements.

???? Inspect precision components made from steel, aluminum, plastics, and other materials using advanced metrology equipment.

???? Program and operate industry-leading inspection systems, including: • Zeiss CMM • Keyence Vision Inspection Systems

???? Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.

???? Conduct receiving inspections to verify incoming materials meet specifications.

✅ Record inspection results in the ERP system and help drive consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Experience with dimensional inspection and metrology equipment • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications • Experience with CMM programming and advanced inspection tools is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
