Proman Skilled Trades is currently seeking experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics welders for a variety of large scale construction projects. You will be working on Commercial construction projects in the Houston, area.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
- Ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Work collaboratively with shop and field teams
Qualifications:
- Previous sheet metal welding experience required
- Experience with MIG, TIG, or spot welding preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
