Full-Time | Bergen County, NJ | 10 Minutes from NYC Englewood Health is seeking a full-time, experienced, board certified, Physician Assistant (PA) to join our high-performing Emergency Department treating 60,000+ patients/year in a modern, fully equipped, private 40-room ED. CT imaging suite, new ultrasound equipment, GlideScopes, system-wide EPIC EMR. Support services include a 24/7 interventional catheterization lab, stroke neurology and neurosurgical coverage, and in-house pediatric hospitalist and critical care intensivist. Prioritize clinical decision‑making in a dynamic environment where rapid assessment is essential. Coordinate closely with attending physicians for complex cases requiring advanced diagnostics or interventions. Participate in resuscitation efforts and acute care management as part of an interdisciplinary team. In Fast Track Manage lower‑acuity, high‑throughput cases with a focus on efficiency and patient satisfaction. Independently diagnose and treat common urgent conditions such as minor injuries, infections, sprains, simple lacerations, and rashes. Facilitate rapid discharge planning while maintaining thorough clinical evaluation and documentation. Collaborate with nursing and ancillary services to keep patient flow smooth during high‑volume periods.
