Job Summary: The Administrative Nurse Supervisor directs, coordinates and evaluates the standard of care provided during evening and night shifts on assigned units/department to ensure competent nursing care and organizational efficiency. Plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the Department of Nursing and manages staff for optimum performance.

Job Essentials:
- A minimum of 3 years of Nursing Supervision required.
- Education Requirements: BSN required; Masters required
- License/Certification/Registry: Current NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS required. Specialty Certification required.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
