Position Overview

We are seeking  In-Home Sales Representatives to manage  both storm restoration and retail sales opportunities . This is a  full-cycle sales role where you'll meet homeowners, assess their needs, and guide them through the best solutions for their property.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

• Have experience in  in-home or high-ticket sales
• Want to earn at a  high level in a performance-driven environment
• Can confidently handle  insurance (storm) and retail sales processes

What You'll Do

• Run  pre-set appointments and self-generated leads with homeowners
• Conduct  home and roof inspections to identify storm damage or retail needs
• Educate customers on:
  • Roofing and exterior solutions
  • Insurance restoration process (storm-related claims)
• Present tailored solutions and  close contracts in-home
• Manage the  full sales cycle :
  • Inspection → Estimate → Presentation → Close
• Build trust through a  consultative, customer-first approach
• Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and  consistent production goals

Compensation & Earnings

• Uncapped commission structure
• W2 or 1099 Employment Options Available
• High-ticket projects = strong per-sale earnings
• Typical earnings: $100K – $250K+ annually

What We're Looking For

• Experience in:
  • Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (preferred)
  • In-home sales or  high-ticket closing environments
• Strong communication and  closing skills
• Ability to build rapport and  earn trust quickly
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn  insurance restoration processes
• Self-motivated with a  results-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

Storm & Retail Focus

• Storm (Insurance-Based Sales):
  • Identify storm-related damage
  • Guide homeowners through the  insurance claims process
  • Work alongside adjusters when needed
• Retail (Out-of-Pocket Sales):
  • Provide estimates for homeowners not going through insurance
  • Present premium solutions and financing options
  • Close direct-to-consumer projects
