Customer Support & Experience Representative – Indiana Shockwaves | Remote (US) Indiana Shockwaves, a respected fastpitch softball organization, is seeking a Customer Support & Experience Representative to provide frontline support for families, coaches, and community partners. This full-time, remote role offers $23–$27/hour plus benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The successful candidate will be the voice of the organization, strengthening relationships by assisting with registrations, schedules, account updates, and community communications.
