Develop and manage a multi-faceted execution plan jointly with key stakeholders and decision makers leveraging all available resources.Build strong professional networks and appropriately leverage contacts to establish and/or maintain business.Maintain active membership with trade and industrial associations.Account Management - 50%Evaluate existing customer plant operations, business objectives, and regulatory guidelines to identify operational efficiencies related to time, cost, safety, and quality.Provide expertise in cleanroom applications, contamination control solutions, and risk mitigation.Provide technical expertise and understanding on the qualifications surrounding GMP related cleaning, cleaning process and company certification and validation services.Ensure operational compliance with FDA, ISO, and any other applicable domestic and international regulations.Work with internal partners to generate and (or) maintain new site process documentation e.g. Cleaning SOP’s, and any site specific documentation requirements.Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish personal goals and objectives for sales and service performance.Work with cross functional teams to develop tracking systems, presentations, and reports. Report on project status and team performance capability to cross functional team members and site leadership.Effectively communicate team activities, progress, priorities, to internal partners.Minimum QualificationsBS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or related2 years’ experience working in Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturing, or Brewing/FermentationClean In Place / Clean Out of Place (CIP / COP) operational experienceValid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years)Immigration sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications2 years’ experience selling into the Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturingDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Experience working in or selling into regulated manufacturing environments.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.About Ecolab Life Sciences:Partner with our customers to deliver comprehensive solutions and technical expertise to ensure product quality and safety in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
