Technology Manager, OUS Marketing

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is hiring a Technology Manager to serve as technical product owner for commercial and digital marketing capabilities. The role bridges IT, marketing, and sales to translate business strategies into scalable, compliant digital solutions supporting the orthopedics portfolio across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for commercial and digital marketing technology solutions from intake through delivery
- Act as primary liaison between IT, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and external partners on OUS commercial objectives
- Translate business strategies and roadmaps into technical product visions, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize product backlogs based on business value, regulatory requirements, risk, and technical feasibility
- Lead agile ceremonies and monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6–8 years of technology product management or digital solution delivery in commercial or marketing environments
- Strong technical expertise in commercial technology platforms: CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into technology roadmaps and measure ROI
- Hands-on experience with agile delivery models, product backlogs, and prioritization
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence without direct authority
- Working knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulated environments
