Investor Relations Analyst (New York, NY)

Investor Relations Analyst Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Investor Relations Analyst for a contract opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Responsibilities include earnings preparation, investor events, and board-level reporting Participate in meetings with analysts and investors. Support preparation of earnings scripts, investor FAQs, and board updates. Provide strategic input on investor messaging and positioning Conduct peer benchmarking, valuation analysis, and investor perception studies. Lead planning and execution of investor events as well as partner with Legal, Finance, and Communications to ensure compliance and consistency across all IR materials. Support development of investor presentations and integrated messaging. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years in investor relations, equity research, strategic finance or relevant roles in financial services Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services preferred but not required Understanding of capital markets and buy/sell-side dynamics Strong analytical skills with experience in valuation, benchmarking, and financial modeling Proficiency in IR platforms, CRM tools, and financial databases (e.g., FactSet, AlphaSense, Bloomberg, Nasdaq IR Insight) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field Lewis James Professional is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
