As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties: Plumbing and Heating: Repair piping, fixtures, valves, temperature controls, and related systems across the facility Electrical Repairs: Make minor electrical and mechanical fixes to lighting, machinery, and distribution equipment Carpentry and Construction: Remodel surfaces, build structures, and prepare and finish materials for long lasting use Painting and Finishing: Prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply paint, stain, or wallpaper to interior and exterior areas Equipment Operation: Use and maintain a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively Documentation and Safety: Complete forms accurately, observe safety precautions, and maintain clean and orderly work areas Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours/week Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Overtime and travel as needed. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Special Requirement: This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
