Sr. Clinical Trial Associate
Rapport Therapeutics
Rapport Therapeutics seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to support epilepsy clinical studies in Boston. The role involves managing trial documentation, maintaining regulatory files, coordinating vendor activities, and supporting study team operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate distribution and retrieval of clinical trial documents and study materials
- Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master File per ICH-GCP standards and company procedures
- Prepare study-related documents including informed consent forms and clinical trial tools
- Track vendor invoices, deliverables, timelines, and coordinate team communications
- Support contract execution, purchase order generation, and administrative trial activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field
- 3+ years clinical trial support experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO
- Global clinical trial experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Understanding of clinical trial functions and dependencies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in fast-paced setting
