Service Manager

Job Description

The Service Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees, ensuring smooth service operations and excellent customer experiences. This role focuses on leading the team, managing schedules, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing inventory to support service delivery effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of 6-15 employees to achieve service goals
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Manage service scheduling to optimize resources and meet demand
Implement and monitor quality control procedures
Conduct staff training and development programs
Oversee inventory management to support service operations
Track and analyze team performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in service management
Strong background in customer service and team leadership
Proficiency with scheduling software
Conflict resolution and budget management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in staff training and development
