What You'll Do:

• Deliver prescribed respiratory therapy procedures, including invasive and non-invasive treatments
• Assess patient needs through interpretation of physician orders and clinical evaluation
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Respond promptly to urgent respiratory needs within various hospital units
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and patient interactions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations

What You Need:

• Valid CRT or RRT certification and Kansas state license (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and patient needs
