Pediatric Psychologist

Pediatric Psychologist Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatrics, and The Inland Empire Autism Assessment Center of Excellence (AAC) are seeking a pediatric neuropsychologist/pediatric psychologist to join its transdisciplinary team. Position Overview Candidate must possess PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology and be licensed or license eligible in the state of California. Expertise in assessment and diagnosis of Autism/Neurodevelopmental Disorders is strongly preferred. Knowledge of psychosocial aspects of commonly referred medical conditions and proficiency with basic cognitive, psychological, and neuropsychological assessment is required. Experience supervising graduate students/postdoctoral fellows is preferred. Experience working as part of a team is beneficial. Individual will provide clinical work at AAC and be a member of the Department of Pediatrics Psychological Services team. Practice Setting LLUHC and LLUCH are major health‐care institutions in Southern California. LLUCH is a Level I trauma center with over 15,000 inpatient pediatric patients annually. AAC provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents up to 21 years, staffed by a transdisciplinary team. Since 2016 AAC has served over 6,000 families. Job Requirements Responsibilities Provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, especially for autism evaluations. Work independently and with a transdisciplinary team to diagnose patients, develop reports, and provide referrals and recommendations. Assist with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological evaluations for children in outpatient and inpatient settings. Serve as a supervisor for psychology trainees and unlicensed staff. Provide training to graduate trainees in pediatric psychology, psychotherapeutic interventions, and psychological assessment. Develop and participate in research projects, write grants, and contribute to publications and presentations. Qualifications PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Licensed or license eligible in California. Expertise in assessment and diagnosis of Autism/Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Experience supervising graduate students/postdoctoral fellows (preferred). Experience collaborating within a transdisciplinary team. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $95,000 - $110,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank.
