AI Environment Researcher And Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Environment Researcher and Strategist to undertake a contract role within our financial services company. The primary focus of this position will be to delve into the AI landscape within our industry, conduct thorough research, and deliver a comprehensive strategy that will propel our company forward in the AI domain.

Responsibilities

In-depth Research: Conduct extensive research on the current AI landscape in the financial services sector, including but not limited to trends, advancements, best practices, emerging technologies, and competitors' strategies.

Understanding Business Needs: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend the specific business needs, goals, and challenges pertinent to integrating AI into our company's operations and services.

Analysis and Evaluation: Evaluate existing systems, processes, and data structures within the organization to identify potential areas for AI implementation, optimization, or innovation.

Develop AI Strategy: Based on gathered insights and analysis, formulate a comprehensive AI strategy tailored to the company's objectives. This strategy should encompass recommendations for AI adoption, implementation roadmaps, potential partnerships, resource allocation, risk assessment, and anticipated benefits.

Documentation and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations outlining the research findings, proposed AI strategy, actionable recommendations, and step-by-step plans for implementation. Communicate these findings effectively to key stakeholders and decision-makers within the organization.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements and innovations in AI technologies, ensuring that the strategy remains aligned with industry best practices and future developments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record and significant experience in AI research and strategy development within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI-related technologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and extracting actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications or training in AI-related disciplines would be advantageous.
