Practice Info Practice Setting: Community Health Center / Outpatient Adult Medicine Average patient volume: 3-4 patients per hour Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care, health screenings, and patient education Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate services Maintain accurate and timely documentation Shift & Schedule Schedule Options: PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time Shift Flexibility: Half Days or Full Days Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license DEA registration Excellent clinical judgment and bedside manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills
