Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible Texas SLP license
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
• Maintain accurate records according to district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student progress
