Physician Assistant

A long-standing surgical services group in Dallas, TX is expanding its team within Texas. This opportunity allows for upward professional growth within the company as well as salary growth with tenure. The position is surgical first-assisting within robotics specialties including general, GYN and urology. Quality of life opportunity with growth into leadership. Week days only and no on call responsibilities. Ability to train in specific specialties if have robotics experience. Operating room only. Position Overview Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities. Surgical Time: 30-35 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early. Responsibilities: First assist duties only. No orders, clinic or rounding required. Salary: Guaranteed salary $135,000 - $150,000/yr based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure. Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of robotics surgical first assist experience. Specialties include general, GYN and urology. Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans offered. Malpractice and tail coverage.
