Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Surgical Services Director! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!
\n \nEnsures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

- 13 ORs + 2 endo suites \n
- Level II Trauma \n
- Ortho, Neurosurgery, CV, general, urology, GYN, GYN Onc, ENT, podiatry, pediatrics, vascular \n
- 3 XI robots \n
- 30-35 cases/day \n
- Director reports to the Hospital COO \n
- 3 managers under Director \n
- 120 FTEs \n
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required \n
- Master's Degree Preferred \n
- 2+ years of Recent Acute Care leadership of Surgical Services Required \n
