Job Details: Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse Location: Garfield Heights, OH Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2080.40 - 2184.42 Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the MS/Tele unit. Monitor and recognize ECG rhythms and respond accordingly. Complete assessments and documentation following hospital protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
