We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Development Specialist (SDS) to help support the growth of our industrial equipment, field service, maintenance, and replacement parts business. The SDS will help identify and qualify sales opportunities, engage with customers, and generate leads for the sales teams.

This position is designed for individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career in industrial sales. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop technical product knowledge, customer relationship management skills, and sales expertise while working closely with experienced sales professionals. High-performing SDSs may advance into Key Account Manager/ Territory Sales Representative with increased earning potential through uncapped commission-based compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within manufacturing, processing, distribution, utilities, and industrial facilities.
• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
• Qualify opportunities for:
• • Equipment sales
  • Preventive maintenance contracts
  • Field service projects
  • Repair services
  • Replacement and spare parts sales
• Develop relationships with different key contacts at prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, industrial distribution, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and industrial applications.
• Proficiency or experience with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time (40 per week/Monday - Friday)

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
