Salary: $168,000 - 280,000 per year Requirements:

• 13+ years of technology leadership experience, including 8+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or comparable strategic architecture roles.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Background leading enterprise-scale digital transformation efforts across complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build enterprise architecture strategies, governance models, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Experience designing and modernizing cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and platform-based enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong command of enterprise integration, API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience influencing senior executives and guiding organization-wide technology decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.
• Domain experience in pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, order management, or pricing platforms in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent transformation programs while maintaining portfolio-wide alignment.
• Familiarity with architecture landscape and portfolio tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or similar platforms, along with maintaining living architecture documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft technology ecosystems, Azure cloud services, Power Platform, and enterprise platform engineering.
• Experience integrating SAP platforms with enterprise applications.
• Expertise in AI strategy, Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, automation platforms, and emerging technology adoption.
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, governance, analytics platforms, and advanced data management practices.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to participate in executive presentations, architecture reviews, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.

• Maintain a current North American Pharmaceutical Distribution architecture landscape across all transformation programs, ensuring full visibility into the end-to-end technology portfolio.
• Identify duplication and consolidation opportunities at the portfolio level before build, supporting proactive investment decisions and reducing redundancy.
• Lead the NAPD Architecture Community of Practice, bringing architects together around patterns, standards, and shared design principles.
• Evaluate architecture quality and consistency across programs, partnering with enterprise and data architects to ensure solutions are connected, interoperable, and aligned to the target state.
• Define and carry out the NAPD architecture strategy in support of business growth and digital transformation across Supply Chain, Pricing, Customer Performance Management, Sales Digital Tools, and Connect Ordering.
• Establish architectural standards, governance structures, and technology roadmaps that support scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
• Set API, integration, and interoperability strategies that improve business agility and customer outcomes.
• Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to align investment priorities and architecture choices.
• Mentor architects and engineering leaders while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement across NAPD.
