Senior Global Channel Manager

The Team and Role:

We are seeking an accomplished, results-driven leader to head our Apple Global Channel business. As the Senior Global Channel Manager you will define, drive, and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to maximize Logitech's business within the Apple Education and Enterprise ecosystem worldwide.

This leadership role is pivotal in partnering with Apple's Education teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, foster innovation, and deliver measurable results. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, apply creative problem-solving, and excel at devising and implementing high-impact strategies.

This position reports to the Global Head of Vertical Channel and is accountable for the health and commercial performance of Logitech's Apple Partnership and the Apple ecosystem of Channel Partners across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

? Channel Strategy: Develop and implement a robust, forward-looking plan to expand Logitech's presence within the Apple ecosystem.

? Partnerships: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with Apple's leadership, sales teams, and channel partners to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.

? Account Planning: Lead the creation and execution of joint business and account plans that support mutually agreed growth objectives with Apple, channel partners and regional Logitech channel teams.

? Market Growth: Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market opportunities and industry trends within the Apple ecosystem..

? Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply, Technical, and Enablement teams to meet channel objectives.

? Sales Enablement: Drive the adoption of Apple-related sales programs and training, enhancing partner and seller capabilities and performance.

? Scaling Coverage: Develop and oversee scalable channel models to reach new segments and accelerate growth in key vertical segments.

? Performance Analytics: Monitor, report, and act on key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities to continuously improve results.

? Education Segment: Serve as the business partner for Apple's direct and indirect Education business, including business planning, sales engagement, reporting, and customer satisfaction.

? External Representation: Represent Logitech at industry and partner events, enhancing awareness and strengthening strategic relationships.

? Revenue Accountability: Direct end-to-end ownership of the global revenue plan for the Apple partnership, including forecasting, tracking, and delivering on targets.

? Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated, hands-on, and committed to exceeding goals.

? Relationship Builder: Skilled at establishing and deepening high-impact relationships with partners and stakeholders.

? Excellent Communicator: Articulate communicator with strong executive presence and presentation skills.

? Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends, technology, and business drivers relevant to the Apple ecosystem especially as it pertains to Education.

? Tech Fluency: Ability to quickly grasp and communicate Logitech and Apple's value propositions.

? Data-Driven: Strong proficiency with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

? Language Skills: Full professional English proficiency required; additional languages highly desirable.

? Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with international travel as needed.

This position offers an OTE (base+variable bonus) of typically

between $ 137K and $ 300K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
