Job Description

Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and route calls as needed.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
Check patients in and out and update patient demographic and insurance information.
Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
Collect co-pays, outstanding balances, and process payments accurately.
Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and office documentation.
Send appointment reminders and follow up on missed or cancelled appointments.
Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
Communicate office policies, treatment schedules, and financial information clearly and professionally.
Assist with treatment plan coordination and financial arrangements when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
