Customer Service Representative/Admin

Macon, GA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a growing company in Macon, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

As the primary point of contact for customers, you will work closely with the sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, customer questions are answered promptly, and every customer receives outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
• Process customer orders, modifications, cancellations, and expedited requests.
• Accurately enter customer orders and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, warranties, pricing, and terms of sale.
• Resolve customer concerns while providing timely and professional service.
• Assist customers with product issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Inform customers of available promotions, products, and services.
• Support the outside sales team by coordinating customer information and communications.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and management to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Develop a strong understanding of company products and services.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and general computer applications.
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
