This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong CNC machining knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and production leadership experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, support, and lead a team of 8– 9 production employeesOversee CNC machine operations and assembly line processesMonitor daily production activities to ensure goals, deadlines, and quality standards are metTroubleshoot CNC machining, equipment, and assembly issues on the production floorMonitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance needs as requiredTrain, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivityEnsure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environmentTrack production output and communicate performance updates to managementAssist with scheduling, workforce coordination, and daily production planningSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and process improvementsQualificationsPrevious experience as a manufacturing supervisor, production lead, or similar leadership roleStrong hands-on knowledge of CNC machining and assembly operationsExperience troubleshooting production equipment and machining processesProven ability to lead and motivate a production teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environmentExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsSafety-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvementBenefits: Medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off (PTO), additional company benefitsWork Location: In personIf you are an experienced manufacturing leader with CNC machining knowledge and are looking for a long-term career opportunity, apply today to be considered for this Production Supervisor position.
