Plant Manager Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a Plant Manager and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations within a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety, quality, and production excellence across multiple functions. This position plays a key role in shaping manufacturing performance and aligning operations with customer and business goals. What You’ll Do Lead all manufacturing operations including production, engineering, inventory, and logistics Develop and execute operational strategies, budgets, and improvement plans Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and production performance Partner with cross‑functional leaders to resolve operational challenges Oversee employee engagement, development, and retention strategies Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Promote continuous improvement across all operational areas Monitor KPIs and drive accountability for performance outcomes Support both domestic and international manufacturing operations (as needed) What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 8+ years of leadership or management experience in manufacturing or operations Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Experience managing large‑scale operational functions Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and operational expertise Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment How You Will Be Successful Building Relationships: Lead cross‑functional teams and build strong operational partnerships Challenging the Expected: Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement Integrity and Respect: Lead with professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance Why Join MPG?
