Tech Support Technician

Pay Range: Targeted salary $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Travel: May be required


Position Introduction:


Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. This position is technical support for the Abuse and Neglect hotline which troubleshoots and resolves IT issues in a timely manner.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 2 years of experience in Information Technology or related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution : Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months experience.
