Registered Nurse

We're looking for compassionate Registered Nurses who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you'll offer attentive monitoring, carry out care plans with sensitivity, administer medications carefully, and communicate clearly and empathetically. You'll help create a supportive and empowering environment that prioritizes the well-being of patients and their loved onesoften using your clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy, all within trusted care guidelines.

Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure to practice in California
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with a minimum of 1 year acute care experience within the past 2 years OR
• Associate degree in Nursing with 2 years of acute care experience within the past 3 years
• BLS certification required and maintained
• ACLS certification required and maintained
• Competency in reading and evaluation of cardiac arrhythmias
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
• Ability to provide leadership in a positive direction that aligns with the mission and goals of RRH
