BVM Agency Inc. is hiring Customer Experience Associates who enjoy helping people and creating positive customer interactions. In this full-time role, you'll represent renewable energy campaigns while educating customers on available products and services.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
Educate customers on renewable energy programs and promotions.
Answer questions and provide personalized recommendations.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Support sales goals while working collaboratively with your team.
Continue developing through ongoing training.

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
