Energy Sales RepresentativeJoin BVM Agency Inc.

BVM Agency Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as full-time Energy Sales Representatives . This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in sales, customer service, and leadership while helping customers explore renewable energy solutions.

As an Energy Sales Representative, you'll educate customers on available energy programs, answer questions, and recommend solutions that help homeowners make informed decisions. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop valuable communication and sales skills while working toward advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

Meet with customers to discuss renewable energy solutions and available programs.
Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions.
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
Meet individual and team performance goals.
Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Goal-oriented mindset.
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
Desire to grow into leadership.
