Quality Assurance Technician I - Kelly Services

Key Responsibilities Execute manual test cases on production and pre‑production equipment, documenting results accurately. Identify, log, and track defects using the company’s defect management system. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and standard operating procedures. Assist in audits and compliance checks against ISO and internal quality standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in engineering or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills. Experience with manual testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
