WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN OMNICHANNEL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR FOR OUR DOWNEY LOCATION

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The Omnichannel Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day omnichannel operations. Responsible for maintaining the omnichannel order management for the retail business. This role also supports physical and functional aspects of the site and supply chain while identifying and encouraging advancements in efficiency and productivity. Highly collaborative, it is essential that the Operations Manager balances a customer-focused multichannel experience with a keen understanding of the James Perse brand, shared services and stores impact. The Operations Manager facilitates cross-departmental communication and is the point-of-contact for omnichannel fulfillment between retail stores, distribution center, and finance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor omnichannel order related processes and ensure orders are being properly fulfilled and shipped. This includes our DC, 3PL, and Retail Stores.
• Adjust order management logic as needed based on order volume to ensure orders are properly distributed evenly among stores.
• Serve as a point of interaction and communication between Warehouse locations and Retail Store fulfillment locations for issues related to fulfillment.
• Submit inventory adjustments to finance on behalf of store locations.
• Analyze and report on fulfillment results per location. Includes picker and packer shipping data for our own warehouse.
• Oversee receiving compliance for inbound inventory, transfers and returns.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL's to ensure orders are going out in a timely manner.
• Oversight of shipping supplies for B2C fulfillment. Includes ensuring we have the best price for all supplies and that shipping supplies are in-stock at all times based on projected orders. Publish training documents on fulfillment tools.
• Ensure ASN's are properly pushed from ERP to WMS and retail POS systems and that PO's are properly received.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years Omnichannel operations experience
• A proven record of project management
• Retail experience a plus

EDUCATION

• BA degree or equivalent experience.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Excellent understanding of direct and retail operations, practices, capabilities and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and willing to roll-up sleeves to get the job done
• Logical and analytical thinker who builds strong cross-functional partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changeable environment as well as collaborate effectively
• Strong Excel skills preferred
• Experience with Teamwork Retail POS, Shopify Plus and ShipHero preffered

PAY TRANSPARENCY

This position pays $26.44 per hour.
