Director - HBRP at Alt Asset Manager

Overview A mid-sized alternative asset manager is looking to bring on an HRBP at a Director-level to work directly with the employee population in its Direct Lending strategy. This position will work primarily on employee relations, collaborating with leadership on compensation cycles and reviews, strategic planning with leadership on employee engagement, and workforce management, while also handling some light talent duties for the Direct Lending team. Responsibilities Manage employee relations and partner with leadership on engagement and workforce initiatives for the Direct Lending team. Assist with compensation cycles and performance reviews. Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning related to people and organizational effectiveness. Perform light talent duties for the Direct Lending team as needed. Qualifications At least 10 years of HR experience in an HRBP function. Prior experience in credit or within an alternative asset manager.
