Your Responsibilities:
Manage Admissions Process Guide new residents and families through the intake process from start to finish. Ensure Compliance Ensure all required documentation and information are completed for admissions. Communicate with Families & Physicians Coordinate with physicians, insurance companies, and families to arrange admissions and transfers. Handle Documentation Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and admissions files. Provide Information & Assistance Answer questions about services, financial options, and care plans. Coordinate with Other Departments Collaborate with nursing, social services, and other departments to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience in Admissions or Intake Coordination (Preferred, but not required). Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills. Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills. Ability to Multi-Task & Work in a Fast-Paced Environment. Attention to Detail & Accuracy. Compassionate & Personable with a passion for helping others.
