You will support the General Manager in developing a team of authentic Chuzers and uphold top-tier customer service, cleanliness, and an unbeatable culture. You will set the standard for hospitality in every aspect of our operations and lead your team in creating an unforgettable experience for our members and guests.Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club toursSupport your team in daily cleaning tasks throughout the club, membership sign-ups, retail displays and transactions, and serving smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)Partner with your GM to develop the Operations and Kids Club Chuzers, recruiting incredible new talent for your team, and fostering continuous growth through authentic conversations, performance reviews, and coaching documentationGuide your team through elevated member concerns and emergent facilities issues, determining the proper course of action and implementing improvements to minimize disruptions to member experienceAssist your GM in all aspects of your club's operations, labor management, turnover, and quality assuranceMaintain strong cross-departmental communication and rapport with fitness, maintenance, and Home Office departments and processesComplete administrative tasks such as reporting, email management, club scheduling, and inventory maintenanceYour Perks:Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership + 1 Free membership for a family member or friendAccrued time off and paid floating holidays401kMedical, Dental, Vision, and other supplemental insurance (with large employer contribution)Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributionsFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Discounts on all Chuze retail and Chuze Blends purchasesChuzer Referral Incentive ProgramPersonal device stipendFree First Aid/CPR and food handler certificationsEngaging and dynamic work environment with professional growth opportunitiesYour Skills:Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent2+ years of team leadership or management experience2+ years of previous customer service experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate a positive environment and develop a strong teamEffective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detailOrganized and accountable, able to set, reach, and prioritize goalsAbility to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts as neededExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedbackPreferences:Previous experience in the fitness industryBilingualPhysical Abilities:Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in EnglishAbility to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipmentAbility to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when neededDue to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.Travel RequiredYes.
